Bienvenue...

“Our lovely, private and secluded mobile home is situated on the Cote d'Azur, 4 miles from St Tropez. France”

The campsite, Parc St James, (Also known as parc Montana) is at the base of the stunning, medieval village of Gassin. It is a really traditional French campsite. If you are looking for Butlins then this isn’t for you. Many of the French use this site as a second home and live here 6/8 months of the year. The site is well shaded with cork oak and pine trees. It is a wooded hillside site. Part of its charm is the unstructured positioning of all the mobile homes and all of the flowers and mimosas
My mobile is totally private and yet you are close to all of the facilities. This is a very steep site and I can guarantee you will be very grateful for the positioning of this caravan!
Your garden is well maintained and spacious. I put a tent up in the garden for my smelly teenage boys and it doesn’t take any of the living space up as it fits nicely hidden around the corner.
My children range in age from 20, down to 3 and all ages are accommodated for.

On site the amenities include a restaurant and bar, take away and also a mini-market selling fresh bread, milk, vegetables etc.

For more extensive shopping there is are other supermarkets and banks etc about a mile away

There are 3 swimming pools. One is a large supervised swimming pool a children's pool with an attractive sun terrace and a pool with water fountains for the teenagers.
Other facilities include a children's play area, a full size tennis court, boules, beach volleyball , a gym, crazy golf and a basket ball court. Discos are held during high season. These are quite French, I will say no more….. However, you may feel that you have stepped back into the 1980s. Our Mobile Home is situated in the middle of the site with its own secluded garden and has Fabulous views of the surrounding hills. The mobile home has accommodation for up to 7
